Mountain resorts
Lift scans, divisions that don't share data, loyalty across seasons, lessons and premium guests.
Turn pass scans into recurring revenue.
A resort captures information at every scan point, till and booking, all day, every day. Each division uses its own slice for one job. Joined up, the same data shows how guests move, what they spend and why they come back.

Enter five figures and every estimate below recalculates for your mountain.
That's about 270,000 visits a season and about 14,000 season pass holders.

When guests arrive, and when their day ends
Every first and last scan of the day marks when a visit starts and finishes. Across a season, that shows how arrival and departure times shift by guest group, day of the week and snow conditions.
What it gets you
- Staff car parks, ticket windows and rental for the times guests actually arrive
- Time offers for the hour before each group usually heads home
- See which conditions shorten or stretch the day
Example data
Guests on the mountain by hour (% of the day's peak)
Numbers peak late morning and start falling at 2pm. That turning point is the moment for an end-of-day offer.
Example estimate
+$81ka season
If a well-timed end-of-day offer gets 1 in 50 departing guests to spend $15, across 270,000 visits.
If you acted on all of it
+$2.0ma season
Some of these overlap, so read this as the ceiling, not a forecast.

Common problems for mountain resorts
Lift scans used only as a gate
Every scan point captures how guests move around the mountain. Use it to see who heads to the shops or the bar after their last run and who walks straight to the car park, so you know who to nudge and when.
Every division in its own silo
Tickets, retail, food and beverage and lessons each keep their own records. Joined up, they show what a guest is worth across the whole resort, not just at one till, and where the extra spend is hiding.
Returning guests treated like first-timers
Recognise guests who come back season after season, with rewards that build from a first season pass to a second, third and fourth. Loyalty that grows every year also builds goodwill with locals.
Lessons that don't lead anywhere
Follow lesson guests past their first booking to see who comes back, who buys a pass, and which first-timers never got offered a lesson at all.
Premium guests without the premium treatment
Find the high-spend guests who book heli-skiing, spa treatments and stays, then start measuring what they want, so it can be packaged up with the special treatment they came for.
After the last lift
Example output from joining lift scans with till records: for each guest group, where the day ends once they come off the mountain. The amber share leaves without spending another cent, and it's largest among day-trippers and locals, the guests a well-timed offer is most likely to keep around.
